Research Interests: Southern studies, ecocriticism, postmodern literature, persona poetry, docupoetics, hybrid forms, feminist rhetoric, gender/sexuality studies, confessional writing, personal essay, Floridian culture.
Veronica Fletcher is a poet and writer from South Florida. She is an MFA candidate and graduate teaching associate at the University of Tennessee, where she also serves as poetry co-editor for Grist Journal. She co-hosts the Chiasmus reading series and works as a reader for Palette Poetry. Her work appears, or is forthcoming in, Beloit Poetry Journal, South Florida Poetry Journal, The Shore, Peatsmoke, Rust & Moth, Gyroscope Review, and more.
