Talia Marshall is a first-year MA from Virginia. Some of her favorite books are Martyr! (Kaveh Akbar), The Book of Form and Emptiness (Ruth Ozeki), Enter Ghost (Isabella Hammad), and Everyone in this Room Will Someday Be Dead (Emily Austin). She holds a BA from American University in Literature and American Studies and also recently completed an Archives Work/Study posting at the John C. Campbell Folk School. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys crafting, camping, hiking, and farming.
