Steven Watts is a Herbert Postdoctoral Fellow and writing instructor at University of Tennessee-Knoxville. He has previously taught writing and literature courses at Emory University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the University of Missouri. His research documents how public rhetoric like environmental protests are formalized into contemporary fiction. His work has been published in C21 Literature and ASAP/J and is forthcoming in Post45.
