Teaching Professor
Dr. Robin Gray Nicks regularly teaches courses in rhetoric and writing and American literature, as well as children’s and young adult literature. Her research typically focuses on Edgar A. Poe and literary fairy tales from across the globe. Recently, she’s presented on parasocial relationships in online spaces, fairy tales and psychoanalysis as represented in anime, and the power of female friendships in children’s and young adult literature and culture.
