Micaela Anderson is an MA student and teaching assistant in the English Department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to joining the master’s program at UTK, she was an English teaching assistant in Fécamp, France. During her undergrad she was the editor-in-chief of Collage: A Journal of Creative Expression, and successfully defended an interdisciplinary thesis on athleticism in academia in ancient Greece. She is originally from North Carolina and when she is not in class, she enjoys music and trail running.
